Mango And Macaroni Kheer

Ingredients :

Mango Pulp : 1 cup
Macaroni : 1/2 cup
Milk : 3 cups
Sugar : 1/2 cup


Method :

Cook the macaroni in 3 cups of boiling water until tender. Drain and keep aside.In a heavy bottomed vessel boil the milk and add the sugar and cooked macaroni in it. Cook for 5 minutes on a medium flame. Turn off the heat. Add the mango pulp and stir well. Garnish the kheer with chopped almonds and serve hot or chilled.
