Ingredients :
Fresh Yogurt : 1 cup
Thick Poha / Thick Flattened Rice : 3/4 to 1 cup
Sugar or Powdered Jaggery to taste
A big pinch of cardamom powder (Optional)
Method :
Wash and soak the poha in water for 2 minutes. Drain and set aside for few minutes. Combine the soaked poha, curd, cardamom powder and sugar in a bowl and mix until well combined. Garnish with chopped nuts and serve.
