|Homemade Peanut Butter Dip / Spread|
- Peanuts : 2 cups
- Sugar : 2 tbsp
- Oil : 1.5 tbsp
- Salt : 1/8 tsp
| ~ Healthy Peanut Butter ~|
1. Dry roast the peanuts in a skillet until pale
brown color, crisply and when the skin starts coming out.
2. Let them cool
and rub to remove the peanut skins.
3. Place the roasted peanuts, sugar,
oil and salt into the mixie or food processor and grind until the
mixture is smooth and creamy.
4. Store in a sterilized jar in the refrigerator. It will store for a few weeks.
